APM bus service is no longer the best

I honestly don’t know what is happening with this company. Used to be one of the best bus companies. The bus I took today is written Zululand Bus Service but my ticket says APM. There is no communication from the driver to us but we keep on stopping almost every 30 minutes! When we got on the bus the driver refused to switch on the lights for us, we had to find our way to our seats in darkness as if though the bus also suffers from loadshedding
