APM Bus service ****

I booked a return bus ticket for Friday 31 August 2018 reference number ********** 31. The bus was meant to leave at 20:45 at Aliwal North Engine garage, I wanted there from 20:30 to 22:30 and the bus hadn't arrived. Nobody bothered calling me to advise of the delay. On Saturday I went to get my refund as I didn't leave and was told that I wont get my money for Friday but was given a voucher for Sunday. when I tried redeeming that voucher I was then told I had to pay an additional R20 so I can book a ticket. This kind of service is unacceptable and I would never recommend this bus to anybody. Now I have forfeited my R486.
