APM bus service are ****mers

Booked a bus for two people with APM BUS for 3rd of May to Cape Town, bus never arrived to pick them up, bus was supposed to arrive at 20:35 my mom and sister waited till 2am no bus came and no sms received, I went to their offices to complain the guy was so calm he didn't even show remorse he said the bus was too full it couldn't pick up other passengers, I asked why did they allow us to still book if they know their buses are full, they refuse to give me refund instead they tell me to use the same ticket to travel again... it was my first time Booking with APM why would I want to travel with them after this horrible experience, I need my refund this APM bus services are real time ****mers when you call the contact numbers they don't answer.. this company should be banned from operating.
