Apm Bus service - Appaling

On 1 October 2020 I tool a bus from Tarkastad to Cape Town. The bus was suppose to arrive here at 7:25pm. After and hour still no bus, I phoned the call centre, which believe me is always hard to get hold of someone there, and they said the bus is on its way and should arrive in 10minutes. After another 30minutes I called again and again no bus. The bus arrived 9:30pm. What actually got to me is the fact that it was storming and I had my 4 kids with me waiting at the bus stop. Its appalling that nobody actually called to say the bus would be late. It would have saved me from standing in the cold and rain with my 4 kids who BTW is aged 10,twins of 5 and a 3yr old.

Eventuality the bus came and I thought okay I will just let it go. But then on route to Cape Town the bus stuck twice, eventually leaving us stranded before the toll gate. We then had to wait for another bus, actually more hitch hike for a lift. I had to attend a funeral and I didn't make it. We eventually got a lift with City Liner bus. It cost a family member to get me in Paarl, she had to drive all the way from Mitchell's Plain to get me.

While we waited for another bus when we stuck, my 5yr old daughter needed to use the toilet and I took her back in bus to pee coz I couldn't let her sit outside and pee with all people watching on the road. She sat on the toilet pot and jumped up. When I asked what was wrong she said her but is wet. When I took my phone and put the torch on, the urine was until right on top of the toilet pot.

How disgusting is this!!!

The fact that I paid for us to attend a funeral that we couldn't make because of the poor delivery from you guys is very bad.

I called your call centre numerous times but no answer.

I demand you refund me at least half of our return tickets that we bought.

The day we departed Cape Town on 6 October 2020, our bus suppose to leave Cape Town at 6:30pm but only departed past 8 the evening.

I am still waiting for someone to get back to me after I laid a complaint at their office in Cape Town also.
