APM bus service

What a horrible experience. Number 1, why does one need to go out of park station to catch a bus. Number 2: we had to be exchanged to another bus which makes us explore PMB unexpectedly. This is horrible and if I was asked at the ticket area, I would have chosen a better bus service. This is a **** and horrible. Will never recommend this to anyone else. Horrible and unhappy customer right here.
