APM Bus service

Worse experience. Bus was booked to leave Durban station at 20:00pm to JHBurg but leaves at 20:30pm, at Montrose we change to another bus which was hired (Toot bus). The hired bus is disgraceful, and cold. The bus driver answers his phone whilst driving and we arrived late to our destinations. The service we paid for is not what we got at the end as I do not pay to be delivered from A to B only, I pay for a safe and quality ride. They must remember RoadLink Bus service if they consider such decisions to their customers.
