Apm bus, no show!!

My daughter booked a bus to Cape Town from queenstown today the 19th of January 2022. The bus was supposed to arrive at 16h30. The time now is 20h17 and the bus has not arrived. There is no communication whatsoever. Lots and lots of people waiting here at Queenstown station. I am very much unhappy with the service. I'd never ever use their service, they have no respect for their clients
