APM BUS : MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY LOST LUGGAGE

WORST, BAD, POOR, hated every second in this bus, We traveled 27/12/2018 with a bus departing 22:00 JHB TO DUR. forgot a bag in the bus, because they only put the stickers with numbers but they use dont them, other passengers found and stole the bag as it was left lying alone there. We went and reported the matter they just said sorry. COMING BACK IT WAS WORSE: APM REALLY NEEDS TO TRAIN ITS STAFF. 02/12/2018 LEFT DUR 22:00 to JHB (Tall Zulu speaking driver Light in complexion) I politely went and explain to the driver about our situation while I was talking he was l looking at me laughing, Like really I asked him whats funny he said my mom also asked told him about the lost bag. He didn't just do that He shouted at me telling me his not the office so RUDE. Guys rather pay good money for good experience and service YOU CAN NEVER REACH GRAY HOUND STANDARD I HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS BUS. POOR SERVICE....
