APM Bus must Fall

My 6pm bus from Johannesburg to Mthatha arrived at 7:45pm, dirty and old, it was full had to wait for the next 1 at 8:30pm. Finally thought we got a good bus only to be taken to a bus depot and into another old rusty bus which was being fixed. It's raining in this bus and the driver says there's nothing they can do. We can't even get through to their call centre. Definitely don't feel safe. Oh did I mention that we had to catch the bus outside Johannesburg Park station, the stumpid and confusion on the street with rude stuff, forcing us to pay for our bags without weighing them.
