APM BUS IS USELESS, DONT BUY THEIR TICKETS PLEASE.

Useless bus. I bought a ticket for the 7th January 2023 and my bus was suppose to depart at 16:35. At 16:30 on the 7th January 2023,they sent this message "Dear valued Passenger, kindly note that our service will be running behind schedule with approximately 6 hours. We will send further updates regarding the delay, should the delay be more than the mentioned time. Regards APMW Client care." After this message, nothing was communicated to me and I waited until 01:30 am for the bus but the bus did not pitch. I tried calling them many times, on the 20th call, I got through. They told me that, they promised to call me back and never called. They told me that, the root from East London to Johannesburg is closed but when you go and buy a ticket, your not told that. They are ****s, lets not buy APM BUS TICKETS please. I want my money and will never use your services again. (BRING BACK MY MONEY)
