APM bus is total bullsh*t

As I'm writing this I'm stuck in Beaufort West for the past 10 hours and there are more hours still yet to be waited as the owner of the company doesn't care about its customers, he told our driver to take the bus we were traveling with and take people from the old broken bus we stuck in to go back to Cape Town. I am traveling to East London for a function today the 16th but won't make it because of his unprofessionalism and customer centricity. Busses like these need the Minister of Transport to remove them from the road as this is not the first time. Im hungry and just traveling for nothing as I am missing the purpose of this trip. Instead of the owner worrying he instead chose to switch of his fown and have a good night's sleep while we suffer inhuman treatment. This bus is a joke and needs to be investigated.
