APM bus is a disaster

<p>So I decided to try this bus. I was travelling from Durban to Johannesburg, the bus was scheduled to leave at 9 am. There was no order, total chaos. Firstly we stood in the queue for what seemed to be years because the crew struggled to take control of the people who were pushing trying to get on the bus. So we were informed that a second bus would come, some of us decided to take the second bus to avoid the chaos. We left a bit before 10, the bus stopped along the way. The driver did not explain anything to us. We were just left on the bus to figure it out ourselves. I will never take this bus again. Customer service is poor. </p>
