APM Bus Horrible customer service

I would not recommend this bus service to anyone, we are left stranded on the 2nd Jan 2023 from 9:30am to 08:20pm for a bus from DBN to Johannesburg. No alternatives were made whilst we were travelling with kids. Their contact number is not working, we are not allowed to cancel the booking so we can book another bus to JHB. It is now after 9pm and we are still at the station and no one is explaining to us on what is happening. How some of us are suppose to go to work tomorrow if the the bus service does not keep to schedule.

this is a bull**** of a service and no one deserve this type of service.
