APM bus

What a terrible experience I had with APM bus I booked a bus with them from Port Elizabeth(20:10 on 2022-07-20 We slept at the corner of Mac Donald in Greenacres the bus only arrived on the following day 8:00am in Norwich, and no one explained to us about the bus delay.I spent R470 on buying the ticket and R700 unplanned expenses caused by the bus delaying,So im thinking of filing a case against them.
