APM BUS delivers quite the ****y experience ****erally)

DON'T USE THIS BUS EVER!!!!!!!!! The worst experience ever on a long distance coach... and I'm not even an hour in this bus. I'm currently on an APM bus from East London to Johannesburg . The bus was scheduled to depart at 4pm (for tomorrow, 7am arrival) but it was delayed and only got there at 5pm. No one announced the delay and we had to take it upon ourselves to keep checking with the information desk. The ladies at the information desk were not too helpful either and not very friendly too. They couldn't even confirm the estimated time of arrival of the delayed bus. When it got there, our bags were just shoved in luggage compartment without tags (even though we could clearly see the unused roll of name tags still full inside the compartment) and when we raised this with the assistant, he was very adamant that should bags get lost, APM would not be held liable despite the negligence on their part.

The absolute worst of all is when we got inside the bus, the bus was filled with a very strong human faeces smell. Clearly the toilet had not been cleaned prior to the trip. Imagine 14 hours of travel in a bus that smells of ****!!!!!!! I regret the R450 i spent on this ticket, how will we even eat with this stench ????!! Unacceptable.!!
