APM bus bad service ever

I booked the bus for my 2 daughters who were travelling from Durban to Pretoria on the evening of the 9th of April arriving on the 10th of April 2018. The bus was to leave at 21:00 from Durban but my daughter was called to change the time to 22:00. The bus arrived late at 22:45. The bus then broke down just an hour and half after leaving Durban, the other bus only came at 6:30 the following morning. Passengers including my daughters were stranded in the broken bus the whole night and the bus did not even have a toilet! They only arrived in Gauteng on the 10th at 2pm. To make matters worse the bus that came was smaller than the one that broke down meaning that the passengers were squashed for the whole journey! Customer service was rude and not helpful when phoned. I have not received any apology from the bus up to today. I had booked the bus for the first time and I will never book it again!
