Apm bus bad service and false advertising

We had a very bad experince on tuesday 19th dec 2023 travelling from Durban to jhb, the service and what they promised to offer travellers is no longer the same since I used their busses in 2019, they sent us a school standard bus from Durban with no lights, aircon and brocken chairs, the bus had NW registration, and it stucked few hours from durban, we left Durban at 22:00 pm instead of 21:00 pm, drivers were very rude and didnt even know directions to leave the province, and stucked at 23:30 in the middle of nowhere and we had to call the cops for our safely, and another bus arrived at 01:25 and got to Jhb at 8:00 am, on the 20th
