APM BUS - BAD SERVICE!!

Good Day,

My nephew bought a ticket from Port Elizabeth to Bellville for the 14th December 2023. He was there at the bus stop but the bus never came out. He received a sms stating there is a strike not sure if its bus or taxi strike and was informed the bus will arrive the next evening , 15 December 2023. Again no bus and up to today there has been no correspondence. We tried to call the number ,*** but THERE IS JUST NO ANSWER.

Please can someone rep**** and advise if we can get a REFUND. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!

There is just no communication to keep us updated. He is stuck in Port Elizabeth and we are trying to get him back in time for Christmas.

Kindly note i have tried to call this number ,***, as well but the call just ends. I tried to send an email to *** (showing on the website) but it came back, failed.

How do you as a business run this company and no customer service at all!!

There is just NO CONTACT!!

Please do not use this Bus Service... We want our refund but there is no way to contact APM Bus Service!!
