Apm bus

My husband booked a return ticket the lady that did the ticket wrote the wrong time for the return check in so my husband missed his bus it's now taken 2 days numerous calls and a email of proof with the tickets on for them to tell me yesterday that I need to phone back this morning I phoned about 15 times before I got through the guy on the other end knows nothing tells me I need to wait on a response after I was told I need to phone back this morning so now I've lost out on money for the ticket and 3 taxi rides which now amount to R360 plus loosing out on the R300 and odd rand for the bus ticket. And my husband had business appointments which he missed due to their *********** staff.

Never again will we book with this bus as they don't fix their mistakes nor refund or reprint the tickets due to their own mistakes
