APM BUS

I have booked APMWC bus from Mthatha to Bloemfontein, I got a confirmation that the bus I booked is for 03 September 2023 @ 14H15 at Mthatha Ultra City. I got to the pickup point an hour before departure.

Some bus arrived at 13:55, the bus driver told me that there is a bus coming at 15H00 going to Joburg via Bloemfontein. I asked the driver if he was sure and he confirmed.

Some Khalamazoo bus arrived and with an APM board written Joburg, but I was told that the bus will be going via N3 and not via the Bloemfontein route.

I have tried to get hold of your office to no avail. Until i got a direct of a guy working for the bus company.

I have been left stranded with no other bus for the day. This is a total waste of my time. I do not recommend this bus to anyone, what's worse is that this is my first time booking this bus. APMWC is trash 🚮, you book it at your own risk because they do not value their clients.
