APM BAD SERVICE!!

I booked a bus from CPT to EC for the 11th of June, I was told on the 10th that there will be no bus for the 11th I requested for a refund so that I book another bus and still be able to travel on the 11th as I needed to be in EC on the 12th, I was refused refund and was asked to email *** I sent the email same day which was the 10th of June till to date no one bothered to reply I told the consultant I don't want travel on the 12th I need to be in EC on the 12th already and I won't be using this bus again

I am very disappointed, I WANT MY MONEY APM!!
