APM A **** OF A BUS

I booked a bus on Computicket for travel for the 22 October 2020 and i had to cancel my booking because we opted to travel by private transport and i did not get my money back from APM. They said they don't give money back, they said they give you a loyalty token number loaded with your money. Now am struggling to book a bus for my brother using the tocken they gave me and the people at their call centre are not helpfull at all.
