aom bus staff robbing passengers
if you plan on travelling with this bus from Cape Town Station be prepared for ****************. They make you pay for your luggage as they claim that anything above 20kgs is supposed to be paid. Well maybe that s not a problem, the problem starts when they charge you as they see fit, there s no guideline whatsover, you will pay anything from R100 - 350 rands when the ticket itself is R300, What an irony. As if that is not enough, they do not give you a receipt for what you ve paid, they also insist that you pay cash, if you do not have cash with you they compel you to go and withdraw money from a nearby ATM they claim they do not swipe. Then the bus leaves Cape Town and go to pickup and Bellvillw, Paarl and all othe rpickup points the same does not happen. Travelers enjoy the freedom of taking whatever they want with them without paying for it? Where is consistency? One starts to wonder whether this is an apm policy for just few apm staff making money out of innocent travelers who take the bus at Cape Town Station. Their behavior is appalling, They have the audacity to even threaten to leave your luggage if you do not have money. Imagine! If this is the bus policy they must apply it consistently and give us receipts and have proper guidelines of how we pay. Secondly this should not be a surprise when you are at the station , it needs to be in their travelling policy so that we can prepare for this. In my eyes this is pure ******* in a sophisticated manner.
