Amp had to stand from pmb to Johannesburg

I had booked a ticket to travel back to Johannesburg at 21::00 on the 20:02:2020, when I get to the bus station in Durban I'm in formed in a bad manner that the bus left at 8, and they asked to check my phone and my call log , the guy was busy dialling something on my phone , and he was busy telling his co-worker I deleted the msg in another language (Zulu) which I understand , so I was told I must , for no shows , then I'll know if they Will be able to take me. , We boarded the bus , the driver says if you get Pietermaritzburg and it's full we'll have to make a plan. We arrived at pmb at 23:30 +/-, the driver wakes up like a police officer , and tells me you need to wake up and stand , I told you so , so now at 23:57, I'm standing in the busy I think it's another +/-. 5 I'm super tired I have to go to work in the morning I have the pictures to prove it , tell me if I am wrong , but it is inhuman for a person to stand in a for this period of time and I'm putting my self at risk as well , please help me who do I report this too , as I feel like this is not fair. Also I'm being laughed at by other passengers on the bus as well .
