AMP Bus Services aka Horrible Terrible Bus Services

As per APM Bus Services, I was In Durban and the bus strike happened. I had to buy new Tickets to get to Joburg. Now they send me an SMS saying that there is no refunds but traveling vouchers will be issued. For someone that doesn't travel at all, how the heck will I use these tickets? This is the most horrible company ever. They just don't care about the people that uses there services but to con them out of there monies. Not sure if this is for there own Bonuses or what but they are so terrible, I'm going to demolish that brand If I DO NOT get my refund back ASAP.
