A very unhappy customer

I have never been so hurt like this, I don't know really why is this company existing. My husband and my 2 year old daughter have been waiting for bus frm 18:00 until now. They sent an email saying there will be a 2 hour delay. I called past 8 they told me the bus in PE bare in mind from PE to Uitenhage is only 30m. Now their calls are not going through. It's almost 23:00 now I'm not sure if the bus will come or not I'm so frustrated and hurt by this poor service shame.
