I am so heartbroken! Heartbroken that I didn't consult hellopeter before booking APM. I've been waiting for my bus that was supposed to leave at 14h20. I am getting so cold, they have no offices in EL so I'm standing outside in the cold. I've been trying to contact their customer care line with no success. I am so heartbroken.
