Apexeon have mislead HOA's into believing that their offer is OPEN ACCESS on Vodacom's infrastructure. When in reality this is not the case, you are all charlatans and your business is based on telling clients what they want to hear and then doing something else.

If you can prove that your installations are indeed OPEN ACCESS, I will retract this complaint.
