We signed a lease agreement with Apartment Box, Paid 3months in advance including a deposit. What they<br> failed to inform us was that the property was up for sale, hence before we even took occupation of the property we were given a 3 month notice to vacate the property.<br> <br> I would like to add that this ********* behaviour should be rooted out of the property industry. It is companies like Apartment Box that give the industry a bad name. <br> <br> This will be the last time I ever deal with an ************ company called APARTMENT BOX.<br> <br> Renters and buyers beware of them<br>
