terrible service

<p>I absolutely regret not reading any of the complaints against these below the average rental agents. I rented a flat with them from the beginning of May 2016 till lease expiring July 2016, firstly in addition to arriving 10 days late to occupy the premises I was duped by the leasing agent Ms Bayley Holley in regards to the many defects with the apartment. Secondly I was given a flat which was supposedly cleaned yet a dump yard looked cleaner than that flat and was welcomed to a flat without any working water nor any feedback from the above individual regarding the matter. As a result of which I had to book into a hotel only to be told the next morning that it's a municipality issue to save water</p> <p>upon bringing these following issues up with the manageress Alvira skinner who treated us worse than **** and really angered us to the extent that we were tempted to lay charges against her, to this very day only a few things have been sorted out </p> <p>thirdly and the worst possible thing ever is that the shower diverter wasn't working and still isn't working and hasn't been replaced nor sorted out. We are staying here for the past 2 months going on to 3 but no one at apartment box from the agents to maintainance to the directors have given us any feedback in regards to the shower being sorted out till today. </p> <p>My advice to everyone looking to rent an apartment PLEASE DONT GET CAUGHT OUT BY APARTMENT BOX SWEET AND FLOWERY TALKS AND EMPtY PROMISES </p>
