Taking advantage of tenants

I'm unfortunately another victim of the awful company and their shady service and not caring for their tenants.

I signed a lease for a flat with them in Durban but the day before I was suppose to move into the flat I went to check if the repairs they were meant to do before I move in were done only to discover the flat had been broken into and vandalized and the supervisor and security in the building had no clue that the flat had been broken into (so much for security) I couldn't move into the flat so I informed Lawrence Walker to have the place fixed which never happened.

I then cancelled the leased with them because they didn't see the need to fix the flat. They then told me I owe them two months rent for cancelling the lease agreement with them and I can kiss my security deposit goodbye.

How can I owe you money for a flat I couldn't move into because you failed to fix it and make it safe for me to be able to move into. The nerve of these people. ********** ********** and Lennon Govender.

DO NOT EVER make the mistake of dealing with these individuals.
