**** and ******* Company

I am a victim of **** and ******* from this company. They do poor administration and when you exit as the tenant they will make sure you get R0 of you deposit even during your stay as the tenant you experience the worse king of service from a property agent 1. Cutting of municipal service (water,Lights) 2. Poor property maintenance 3. Unknown charges on your bill 4. Excessive Electricity bill 5. Refuse collection is never done The list goes on and on, this company has to be reported and closed in the Durban area, out off 6 buildings that i know being managed by apartment box nit even 1 of these blocks is happy with their services. I have taken legal action against this company and i would like to tell all South Africans who are thinking of joining or doing any business with them to be very careful. This is a ******** ran property agent.
