Not willing to pay full deposits

I moved in a place rented out by apartment box ,which was not painted but cleaned by cleaner's (I watched them wash the walls and mob the floors) before moving in. I did my own ingoing inspection. Day of moving out, I cleaned the place myself but they still brought their cleaners. While my stuff was outside, new tenants arrived and no painting was done. They wanna bill me for painting, Admin fees, room prep fees totally R3775. Apartment box owes me R6000 and are claiming these charges.
