Michelle Rugbeer - Poor Customer Service

Michelle Rugbeer is absolutely rude to her clients. I asked if she received an email from me and she was abrupt and said she did not receive my email twice and spoke over my voice which was totally uncalled for. I remained polite and asked her if I can maybe resend it. She said well im out the office and will be back on Monday. You will have to wait for Monday. This is absolutely pathetic service!
