Please stay away from them they will make sure you get R0 on your deposits and still owe them. I was retrenched at work and I gave them notice and proof, as my lease was 6 month old, being retrenched is beyond your control, but still they will chop you in pieces and charge 2 months rental cancellation fee, cleaning fee etc
