Epic Admin nightmare

Apartment box, knowingly that they have not resolved my electricity billing issues, I have had very little feedback on my billing issue. More than six months since I vacated the residence, apartment box wants to follow up on a bill dating back a year ago. even though I told them the bill was paid. Instead of resolving the issue they send me letters of demand and threats of black listing me for billing that I paid a year and half ago.<br> what a bunch of *********** losers.<br> <br> how are they allowed to operate???
