Dishonest rental agent

Apartment box has the most dishonest people working for there.

We dealt with a guy named Lawrence. He showed apartments that his company had listed and when it came to the contract, it was made very clear to him that we were looking for a 6 month contract. He happily agreed and said that the standard contract is 12 months so we should sign it but he made the relevant arrangements with the Lessor. After signing the contract and handing over the keys he vanished into the wind. According to the Lessor she was not aware of any such arrangements, Lawrence pretended as if he didn’t know what was being said. He didn’t answer calls or emails and didn’t want to have anything to do with us. Today we are in a situation where we have to incur penalties as a result of dishonesty and deceit.

He is dishonest and should not be allowed to work in this industry. The license he has should be revoked as I might the person that is speaking about this but there could be more people who he has done this too.
