Disgusting and ********* behaviour

<p>I rented a unit with these guys last year and I regret it! Learn from my mistake and thank me later or you will be sorry. From management, all the way down to their most useless agent, Lanelle Hurst. These are the problems i encountered:</p> <p>1. They will from time to time enter the apartment without my permission or notice.</p> <p>2. They do not fix anything, after numerous attempts of reporting.</p> <p>3. There do not perfom an inspection at the beginning of the lease, only once you leave, so they pin everything on you.</p> <p>4. Lanelle will call and tell you about the rent increase, but never respond when you report any issues with the unit, she is forever walking around the building in the same pair of jeans doing what she gets paid to do..nothing!</p> <p>5. They will charge you ridiculous fees for defects that are not your responsibility, Jacques will even charge an administration fee for their "maladministration" and ****.</p> <p>6. They also billed me for electricity for the month after i moved out, strange enough.</p> <p>I have reported them to the Housing Tribunal, hopefully we can resolve these issues promptly.</p> <p>Word of advice tho, DO NOT USE APARTMENT BOX!!!</p> <p>#Thank me later</p>
