Deposits Re-inbur*****ts

I have my deposit withheld by Apartment Box without any explanation after having repeatedly called them to inquire. I have vacated a property on the 30 October 2015 and to date i have not received money that is due to me as withheld by the Apartment Box and there has not been any explanation of the reasons why the refund will not be paid out.
