Deposit Return

<p>Any reason to not return your deposit. Inspection of unit done after hand over to new tenate.</p> <p>So called water leak that we urgent and was leaking water and could cause damage to unit. Apartment Box called a plumber to fix this so called leak without our knowledge and then sent me the bill. The option to turn the water off in the unit and contact us as the past tenate wasn't possible as this was URGENT matter and need Urgent repair. 7 weeks later ongoing emails trying to have our deposit returned, finally had a portion returned they are still with holding 4k</p>
