Deposit not paid back

Apartment Box is so unprofessional!!! Still haven’t recieved my deposit till date. They don’t answer our calls now. They promised they going to pay me a month before till today they haven’t. Now they telling me about cleaning fees that cost R1300 but in my agreement I never signed that.
