Bad Service, *******

I rented a unit with them, The lady who assisted me to get the unit was Rude and Pushy. When i moved in the meter did not work, i reported it and they never fixed it for 12 months i stayed there, i had to go to groung floor to load my electricty. <br> <br> Its been a month since i moved and i have not received thet rest of my deposit, they are witholding R3500 of my deposit for water which they only sent me water bill once and which was R67 now they say my water bill mite be R3500 hence the witholding. when i called in July after i moved out, i was told i will receive my deposit end of july, now i called again and i have been told i will get it after two months.<br> <br> If you are considering them for rentals, Stay away. Read through their contracts, its contract you can never get out of until the term ends. if you want to cancel the lease you have to pay 2*the rent plus other many charges mentioned in the contract, even if you give them notice.You will also be requested to move out before 12 on the last day of the month or a fine of 1 month rent.<br> <br> They are just a *******ffff.
