I stayed in Twilight Park Block A two zero seven. I have never late paid or missed a payment.

We vacated the apartment end of November. We organized a **** to clean the house ***** and span.I even received a whatsapp message from the agent saying the flat was in a very neat condition when we left.

Anyway after the inspection they said we have to pay damages worth 2500 and I disputed it. Jaques, the inspector did not bother to respond to my email sent 5th December until now. Anyway, I was told the deposit will be returned after deducting any arrears in 7 days and I still haven't received any money.

I see so many complaints against this company and not a lot of response from the company. How can we stop them from cheating others in the future.

I think we should post an ad in one of Umhlanga's famous tabloids to expose this company Apartmentbox and their ********* business practices.

I will definitely do the above if I don't receive my deposit next week.
