apartmentbox the worst

apartment box is the worst they have no regard for their tenants all they want is the money. I first chose a flat in botanic gardens they then came back to say the tenants wont move out, and this I was advised morning the same day I should have moved out. If that is not enough I got a flat asked Lawrence of the removal of the carpet of which he agreed after I had signed the lease then they come up to say only the small bedroom carpet they will remove, I would have not taken the flat cause they are aware that the carpet had water ,that carpet smells and we are now sick, I have tried to get them to resolve it to no avail and when I moved in the agent Lawrence told me to pay 12495 in total now all of a sudden they want an extra 760 will Lawrence never told me off..i need the carpet removed or let them give me back my money il find a new place with competent agents...all they are all about is that the lease is signed...but I wonder if their lease is for exploiting us and getting away with everything due to the lease I signed...please help my son of 9months is sick I am sick...
