APartment box *****ing my deposit money

Hello Peter My name is Thando and was a tenant at rennaisance 1403 which is under apartment box. When I saw the ad on the internet I was over the moon with excitement until we went to review the apartment. When we got there , the kitchen cupboards were old , broken tile on the floor, stained wall in the bedroom, broken shower door , old toilet which was just disgusting, stove and hoover Not working, broken window hinges and broken curtain rails. However now when I exit, they are refusing to give me my deposit back. I had a flat screen on the wall and which I have stated that I will get it fixed tommorow as they wanted to rob me and charge me 1500 for that. I want people to think carefully when they take their contracts with apartment box, these people are ******* who refuse to give ex tenants their deposit back. They come up with sudden things they charge you with, which were never stated on the lease agreement. R3600 is a lot of money for apartment box to just attempt to ***** it like that. Their inspection person is a **** who makes up stories just to prove how unprofessional they are. STAY AWAY FROM APARTMENT BOX !!!!!!!!!
