Apartment box ran by ********

Apartment box is run by *******. I was renting a 1 bedroom apartment at Savannah Park and now they are refusing to pay me my deposit they are charging me with payment for painting of ceiling for 4500 which Iam not willing to accept as that building has mould, cannot make a tenant pay for painting of ceiling so you can cover your mouldy building from the next tenant. What a bunch of *******, have tried to engage with them via email for my deposit but they will not budge.
