this agency rips the tenants off by not returning people's deposits... they are withholding my deposit of R4780 saying they need to repaint the small one bedroom unit. when I moved in the unit was not freshly painted and even if it was a 1 meter wall doesn't cost R1000 to paint and cleaning the unit doesn't cost R850 for one day. anyway I've asked them for pictures of the unit before I moved in to prove their claims but they refuse to send them to me. please be warned this agency will always find a way to withhold your full deposit regardless of the state of the unit. also they charged the tenant before me for the paint that they are charging me but the place has never been painted. izigebengu!!!!
