Apartment Box and T****zoid Holding Savannah Park Umhlanga

Thought I'd share this poor experience.

I have had a very poor experience with Apartment Box Umhlanga acting on behalf of T****zoid Holdings at Savannah Park Umhlanga. Living conditions were poor with very poor health conditions were the bin area constantly had maggots crawling up to the 3rd floor and no ventilation in the apartment causing a bad sour odour in the room leaving the walls stained and paint to peel off, whilst Apartment Box schemes me when I moved out and Alvyra the Operations Manager was extremely rude and her refund guy Jaques screamed and raised his voice saying that I dont have a refund if Iived poorly and they had the apartment inspected without consulting me first they went on to chage a bulb charged me R180, cleaned a cupboard were spices fell in charged me R500 and painted a 2 metre by 3 metre wall charged me R2300 and a move out fee if R500 and admin fee of R500. Apartment Box after all of my attempts to get my dep refund eventually said that from the 11th of Feb will take 5 to 7 days to refund my dep of about 11k did no refund, after multiple calls I was told that they have now after 1 year come up with a n estimate water bill of R3600 + damages R3200 they will only refund me R950. The worst experience ever with no hierarchy responding to the emails I sent to both Apartment Box and T****zoid Holding for Savannah Park ... TBC left out alot of info how the Ops Manager Alvyra and refund and maintenance guy Jaque was absolutely rude shouting and disrespecting me
