Apartment box a disgusting organisation

The sink in my unit at Emberton Hillcrest broke and fell on its own, 3 months ago. I reported it on their to app. The rude, ******, arrogant Yoraj from maintenance said the landlord refused to fox it as I did not report it as wear and tear when I moved in. The landlord must fix his poorly installed sink as per the lease. Even the assessor says its unheard of that a tenant fixes something he/she did not break. I have never ever experienced such violence as a paying client who brings business in my life. Yoraj would never speak or treat a white or indian lady the way he treated me. Today im on day 5 of bathing with cold water as gyser is broken. Yoraj said they are still assessing who is liable for the damage. Ar’nt all gysers insured and how would I cause a fault in the gyser. Im appalled that Apartment box lets their employees speak to clients like this. Utterly disgusting.
