ZERO customer service

Its rather sad that AON has lost the plot. I have insurance with them for over 10 years and have never had a problem. In fact they have always been very good. However i have recently bought a new Motorcycle and i also want to make some adjustments to my existing policy which includes a business, 2 cars house hold & buildings etc. So i call them up. there operates are completely useless and have no idea how to direct your call. But that's not the worse i must have spoken to at least 15 different people and not one of them was able to help me. they just passed me onto another person. After 2 hour doing this and calling back several times as many just hang up and one even said that he had no idea how i came through to him as he did not even work for AON. My last call i asked to speak to the General Manager of Managing director and they simply refused. I am sure he would be interested in knowing that this is how useless his people are. I will be cancelling all my insurance with them unfortunately due to lack of proper competent people working for them. Rather sad of AON. my policy number for them to know is CNB 240606 which will be cancelled within the next week. unfortunately it is not possible to deal with them as they have no interest in your or your problems.
